The gnome has just as much a tendency to downplay his pain as Viktor does, so he pays the brushing-off no mind.
"Yes, nothing in particular; we are just relaxing. Xander has a knack for turning any regular day into an occasion." Usually by bringing these fancy foods and beverages, but there's a warmth in Viktor's tone that suggests it's more than that. Truly, he thinks just the fact that they are together at all is reason enough to celebrate, lately.

And no, we did not even have winning on our minds. The Revel was simply an excuse to push ourselves on a tight timeline to create something that would help people."
