Viktor is debating whether Gryphon-riding under the influence would be more dangerous than getting themselves home in such a circumstance when Barcus calls them out for looking smug. His cheeks grow pinker, but he smiles and chuckles a little. It stands to reason that Xander brought at least two bottles of wine, and the first is nearly empty.

"Apologies, Archmagos. We must be insufferable." Though he feels similarly, that the workshop is as much his as it is Barcus' now, he worries sometimes about irritating Barcus with their chatter or taking up too much space in the workshop. With all of them spending so much time here, they're almost as much roommates as colleagues, and Viktor wants to be considerate.
